The key to our successful support begins with availability. Our Client Service Representatives are available toll free at 1-800-9STRATA, Monday through Friday from 8AM to 7PM CST, to answer everything from the simplest question regarding Media Buying and Media Sales software usage to bigger issues involving hardware requirements. Our Client Service Reps come from backgrounds ranging from Advertising Agency Media Buyers to Software Support and are trained to work with you until every question is answered to your satisfaction. STRATA standards ensures that your deadlines are our deadlines. The first step in your relationship with STRATA involves installation and training, and we take every care to see that it's done right. A schedule is agreed upon for the initial installation, training, and follow up training for your company. Your Account Manager works with you to develop a timeline that fits your needs. During your initial training, our trainers will install STRATA Media Buying / Sales software on all the workstations and train your employees on how they can use the software efficiently and effectively. After you have worked on your own for 2-6 weeks an on-site trainer may return to your company for a follow up training. During the follow-up training, more advanced topics may be addressed. Service never ends at STRATA. We continue to provide on-site support for the life of your contract. Future on-site visits may mean installing the newest upgrade of the media Buying / Sales software and answering a few questions, or it may involve a complete training for employees you've just hired.
